Every project is different, so we'd need to set up a quote to give you an accurate price. My rates run well below the cost of hiring a plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, or painting company.
I generally answer calls and texts from 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Saturday. If I'm in the middle of a job, leave a message and I'll get back to you later that day. I don't work Sundays.

I accept cash, check, or Zelle. A deposit is only required if the cost of materials runs over $100.
